Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign in with email or Apple, we collect your email address and (if you provide one) display name. When you play, we store your scores, answer choices, time-per-question, and which group you played in.

What we don't collect

We don't collect your contacts, location, IP-derived analytics beyond what Vercel provides for ops, browsing history outside Daybreak, or any payment details (Stripe handles those — they're never on our servers).

How we use it

• To compute your Clarity Score and global percentile
• To show your group leaderboard ranking
• To send daily challenge reminder emails (which you can turn off anytime)
• To send transactional emails about your subscription (welcome, payment failure, cancellation)

Who we share it with

Three vendors process your data on our behalf:

• Supabase — auth + database (US, EU regions)
• Stripe — payments only, when you subscribe to Pro
• Resend — sending transactional + reminder emails

We never sell your data. We never share with advertisers.

Your rights

You can:

• Export everything we have on you — email hello@playdaybreak.app
• Delete your account — same email, "delete my account" in the subject
• Unsubscribe from all email — link in the footer of every email

Cookies

We use one cookie: the Supabase session cookie that keeps you signed in. No tracking cookies, no ad cookies.

Children

Daybreak is for ages 13+. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
