Refund Policy

7-day free trial

Every Pro subscription starts with 7 days free. Cancel during the trial and you're charged nothing. No refund needed because no payment was taken.

After the trial

If you forget to cancel and get charged, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it — no friction, no questions.

Refunds outside that window are case-by-case. If you didn't use Pro features that month (no weekly report viewed, no trend graph opened), we'll usually refund.

How to request

Email hello@playdaybreak.app from the address on your account. Include the date of the charge and the last 4 digits of your card if you have them. Refunds process to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancel anytime

You don't need a refund just to stop being billed. Open your profile → Manage billing and cancel — you keep Pro for the rest of the paid period, then drop to free.

App Store / iOS subscriptions

If you subscribed via the iOS app, refund requests go through Apple — open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Daybreak → Cancel. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases per their policy.
