Daybreak gives you a free daily 5-question brain game. You can sign up for an account, join groups, and optionally subscribe to Pro for $8/month. By using Daybreak you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email accessible and not sharing your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us — we'll handle it.
Don't cheat (e.g. spoofing scores, scripting submissions, abusing the API), don't harass other players in group chat names or invite messages, and don't reverse-engineer the app to bypass paywalls.
We may suspend accounts that violate this. We may also rate-limit or ban abusive IPs.
The questions, brand, and code are ours. Your scores and answers are yours — we just store them so you can see them and rank against others.
Daybreak is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it up but can't guarantee 100% uptime, and we're not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. If a question has a typo or two valid answers, we'll fix it but we won't refund anything for it.
If we update these terms materially, we'll email you 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
